Lately, when I start smoking, I find myself frittering away the time, usually by getting on the internet.
To help with that, I made this tool. Now, when I take my first hit, I start the timer, and for the first 4 minutes & 20 seconds, I do nothing but sit and appreciate the experience. If I get distracted or start stressing about something, I remind myself what I’m doing and get back to it. After that 4 minutes & 20 seconds, I find I enjoy my high more.
